Granit RH is seeking, on behalf of a European-scale industrial group, a:

HR Director - M/W

Based in Luxemburg

As a member of the executive committee and working closely with the CEO, your mission is to:

• Define and implement a global and harmonized HR strategy aligned with the group’s growth ambitions and tailored to the specific needs of its diverse regions (managing over 10 industrial sites worldwide).
  

• Support international growth by structuring HR processes to sustain operational expansion, recruit strategic talents and seamlessly integrate new entities.
  

• Design and roll out group-wide HR policies (recruitment, training, talent management and compensation) to ensure consistency while respecting local contexts and legislations
  

• Oversee social relations in diverse environments, offering tailored solutions to varying legal and cultural frameworks.
  

• Unify and empower local HR teams providing them with clear structures, effective tools and strategic guidance to drive alignment and performance.
  

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders and operational managers, providing in-depth analysis and pragmatic solutions to organizational challenges.

Requirement’s

• Advanced degree in Human Resources, Management, Employment Law, or equivalent.
  

• Significant experience in a strategic HR position in an international industrial environment.

• Proven expertise in managing large-scale HR projects, including policy harmonization and organizational transformation.
  

• Strong knowledge of social relations management in complex, multicultural environments.

Fluency in English and proficiency in French is mandatory.
