As a key member of the leadership team, you will define and drive the company’s technology, innovation and industrial performance strategy across R&D, industrialisation, mould manufacturing, program management and automation. You will play a central role in transforming ideas into robust, scalable and competitive industrial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead R&D & Innovation
Shape and execute the R&D and innovation strategy, from product design to customer validation. Drive technology scouting, continuous innovation and intellectual property management, while leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams.

Accelerate Industrialisation Excellence
Ensure the successful industrialisation of new production lines, delivering on time, in quality and at target cost. Lead equipment sourcing, technical expertise development and training to support sustainable operational performance.

Oversee Mould Manufacturing Operations
Define and lead the mould manufacturing strategy, ensuring the design and production of high-performance pilot and serial moulds. Drive excellence in quality, cost efficiency and continuous improvement, while supporting internal and external customers.

Drive Program & Project Governance
Act as the company’s reference for project management. Ensure cross-functional alignment and flawless execution of strategic product development and improvement projects across Sales, R&D, Industrialisation and Quality.

Lead Automation & Engineering Development
Define and deploy the automation and engineering roadmap across production plants. Oversee automation projects, expert teams of new plants or facility expansions.
